All orders are delivered via *Pep Paxi. Please note that this is a collection service — your order will be sent to the nearest Pep store to your address, and you'll receive an SMS from Paxi letting you know which store to collect from and when it's ready.*

Orders are dispatched within *1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. Once dispatched, you'll also receive a tracking number from us via email.*

To collect your order you'll need to bring:

• Your South African ID or passport
• Your Paxi collection SMS or tracking number
